7.  Limitation of Liability

  • GoRDA TIC Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
    Our total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for those services.

8.  Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

9.  Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Moldova. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Republic of Moldova.

10.  Amendments

GoRDA TIC Services reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
